In the Keywords option, use field codes to restrict your search to a particular field in the catalogue record, such as title or subject. For example:

to find books by the author atkins with chemistry in the title:
nkey atkins and tkey chemistry
to find books on Shakespeare's King Lear:

to find books on evolution published in the 1990s:

to find electronic journals in chemistry:
